Juvenile training for all juveniles U7 to U17 continues indoor at the DKIT Sports Centre this Saturday afternoon from 2pm to 3pm with a €4 contribution required. New players are welcome.


A hard earned 3-13 to 1-19 draw against Warwickshire in Birmingham on Saturday afternoon March 5 should see the Louth hurlers hold onto their NHL Div3A status for next year. Three Moninne players started this match and they were Sean Magill, Mattie Fee and Feidhelm Joyce with Andrew Mackin, Padraig Fallon and Mark Gahan making second half substitute appearances.

The Louth U20 hurlers suffered a 2-19 to 1-7 defeat to Wicklow in round 2 of the Leinster League Tier 2 in Greystones last Wednesday night March 2. The Moninne players involved were Aaron McGuinness Smith, Conor Whyte, Paddy Wehrly, Brendan Prendergast, Sean Magill, Fionn Cumiskey (0-2), Sam Phelan, Conor Murphy (0-2), Ciaran Walsh (1-0), Ronan Reid.

They play Cavan in round 3 of the competition this Saturday afternoon March 12 in Darver at 2pm.

Our young U11 hurlers will take part in an Ulster Indoor blitz this Friday night Match 11 at the DKIT Sports Centre at 8pm.

Membership fees for 2022 can now be paid on Foireann at the following rates- adult player €60, student player €25, non player €25, juvenile €20 and family membership €60. A reminder that membership are to be paid by March 31.
