Our senior team all but guaranteed their place in the final of the Senior League with a comfortable 5-19 to 0-11 victory  over St Kevin's/Mattock in round 3 in Darver last Wednesday night. Aided by a brace of goals from Conor Murphy they led by 3-8 to 0-7 at half-time. 

  The previous night, Tuesday September 28, our U15 team suffered a 6-13 to 0-2 defeat to St Fechins in Darver in a league back fixture game. The same two teams met again on Tuesday October 5 in the Championship semi final in Termonfeckin with the home side running out winners by 8-11 to 1-3.

   Also last Wednesday night October 5 in Darver our young U7/U9 hurlers took part in the latest round of games in the C&G blitzes playing games against St Fechins and St Kevin's. The Moninne panel was Cian Moloney, Owen Moloney, Grace Davies, Raibh Davies, MJ McGarrell, Megan McGarrell, Finn Sexton, Josh Murphy, Charlie Nordon, Ciaran Doyle, Joseph Woods, Ferdia Maguire, Dean McArdle, Luke McArdle. 

  Our senior team had a good work out on Wednesday night October 6 when they defeated Killeavy by 2-23 to 1-12 in a challenge match at the Clans pitch. 

  Training for all juveniles continues on Saturday afternoons at the Fairgreen in Dundalk from 2pm to 3pm with the usual €2 contribution still applying. There will be no training for the young U6 age group this weekend. New players are welcome.
