This week has seen the easing of Covid restrictions including the resumption of juvenile training and on this front the club are awaiting permission on the use of the Fairgreen. However this coming Saturday May 1, the club are organising an alternative session for players from U13 to U17 with details sent out to parents.
Eight of our senior players resumed training with the Louth panel last week in preparation for their campaign in Div3B of the National Hurling League. It will start off with a trip to Leitrim on Sunday May 16 followed by home games in Darver against Cavan on Sunday May 23 and against Fermanagh on Sunday June 6.
The clubs Foireann Return to Play app is up and running where membership can be payed at the following rates - adult player €60, student player €25, adult non player €25, juvenile €20 and family membership €60.
The Naomh Moninne Cul Camp this summer will once again be run alongside the Dowdallshill football camp at St Brigid's Park from Monday August 9 to Friday 13. Booking for this camp can now be done on line by searching Kellogg's Cul Camps. The cost of the camp is €65 and €60 for the second child.
Our new pitch development at Toberona is ongoing under the guidance of the pitch committee and if anyone wants to contribute financially to the project through the Field Heros account they can contact any committee member.
